A 24-hour real-world problem-solving round designed to evaluate structured thinking and intelligent use of AI tools.

Technical Panel Interview

A deep dive into projects, architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, engineering judgment, and problem-solving approach.

Final Discussion

An assessment of culture fit, ownership mindset, growth potential, and long-term alignment.
