Title:Internal Communications Program Manager / Strategic Communications Program Manager
Location:Remote
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content strategy, marketing, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience developing communications for executives and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and multi-channel communications.
- Experience with MS Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Teams, and MS 365 preferred.
- Experience managing editorial calendars and communications campaigns.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical topics and translate them for broader audiences.
- Familiarity with communications analytics and measuring employee engagement.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90k – $100k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
