About the Role:

• The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring project progress with regard to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.

Job Title:Project Coordinator III

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in coordinating schedules
• Coordinates deadlines for all deliverables
• Assists in monitoring team progress
• Coordinates client support efforts
• Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
• Attends all client and staff meetings pertaining to the project

Minimum Qualifications:

• Administrative support; coordinates with General Contractors (GCs)
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Independent and task-oriented
• Experience working in a legal, construction, or data center environment is valuable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Works with all levels of an organization, including coordinating with executive administrators and senior executives
• Ability to visit and walk a construction site

Location: Rayvillie, LA [5 days Onsite]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $29,040 – $79,040 annually.  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
