About the Role:
Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid
Skills & Qualifications Required
Position Requirements:
- Coordinate with the administrator the Learning Management System (LMS), for course setup, enrollment management, learner support, and routine system maintenance.
- Provide end-to-end administration of training programs, including course scheduling, registration management, roster maintenance, completion tracking, reporting, and training logistics coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Provide operational support for business continuity, including developing and maintaining procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to Enterprise Development programs and processes.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $62,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
