Solution: Split into Tier-4A (configuration) and Tier-4B (code changes) with standardized workflows. AI-powered value adds demoed: AI-Powered Operations for incident management, SOQL Executor, and FAQ builder from chat transcripts.
Impact:
Challenge: Manual testing couldn’t cover all OCE functional areas at the productivity and quality levels needed.
Solution: Selenium automation framework integrated with Codium and Tabnine for AI-enhanced productivity. Neoload for performance testing, Gremlin for chaos engineering.
Impact:
Challenge: Build an integrated Duals Operating Model serving 1+ million members across 25 states while meeting Federal/State compliance.
Solution: Launched AAVA platform with Client AI Council. Automated the Software Testing Life Cycle: 8,000+ test scenarios generated, CI/CD integration, AAVA OneView for real-time insights.
Impact:
Challenge: Stalled Hadoop-to-GCP migration; previous SI spent $10M over 1 year, migrated 0 tables. Original estimate: 3 years, $30M.
Solution: AAVA Data Modernization Studio with prebuilt agents completed the migration in 9 months with 85% automation.
Impact:
Challenge: Modernize a 40-year-old wealth platform: 600K lines PL/1, 305K lines Windows code, 900M+ transactions/year.
